Bred by Joseph Pernet-Ducher (France, before 1908).
Introduced in France by Pernet-Ducher, Joseph in 1908 as 'Mrs. Arthur Robert Waddell'.
Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1909 as 'Mrs. A. R. Waddell'.
Class:
Found Rose, Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, deep pink reverse, scarlet shading.  Mild, apricot or peach fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
