Bred by Dr. Keith W. Zary (United States, before 2002).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins (Wholesale) in 2008 as 'Mardi Gras'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink, yellow undertones.  Pink orange yellow blend upper; same reverse.  Mild to strong, musk, sweet fragrance.  20 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, upright, well-branched.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower, garden or hedge.  Vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , mildew resistant, rust resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
