Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), before 1910).
Introduced in Germany by Peter Lambert in 1912 as 'Strichblume'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, white stripes.  Semi-double to double bloom form.  
Habit:
Large foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Lambert, in his catalogue, does not indicate 'Strichblume' as his own cultivar, but places it among Nordland-Roses from Geschwind.
