Origin:
Discovered by Gerda Nissen (Germany, before 1984).
Class:
Found Rose, Hybrid Bourbon.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink.  Moderate, fruity, sweet fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall.  Semi-glossy foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b.  Very hardy.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Gerda Nissen describes in "Alte Rosen", an unknown red centifolia and an unknown hybrid bourbon. The rose which is listed in gardens and commerce as the Centifolia Gerda Nissen is however the hybrid bourbon.
