Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, 1980).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Salmon-orange, ages to darker .  Flowers deep salmon-orange or "brick red" aging darker.  Moderate fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, classic hybrid tea, high-centered to flat, reflexed bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Medium, glossy, dark green, dense, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.
