Introduced in United States by Krekler Peony Farm in before 1985 as 'Dutch Dwarf'.

Hybrid / Species crosses.  
Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Small, Japanese (anemone, imperial) bloom form.  Mid.  
Habit:

Height: 10" to 18" (25 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2a and warmer.
