Alba: This section contains many of the finest white and blush Roses, and most of the kinds have a dwarf compact habit; the more desirable are Josephine Beauharnois, or Belle de Segur, fine double blush, and an abundant flowerer; Belle Therese, pretty pale rose; Felicité Parmentier, blush, beautiful when just expanding; Pompon blanc, small, compact, pale rose; and Princesse de Lamballe, a remarkably pure white, large, and very double.
