'Rambling Rector'. Hybrid of Rosa multiflora, very close to the type of the species. In the catalogue of Daisy Hill Nursery in 1912. The semi-double blooms expand in a cream tone and fade to white after a slow development. She presents golden stamens which blacken rapidly. The inflorescenses are large. From Rosa multiflora 'Rambling Rector' has loaned its prickly canes, its impenetrable foliage, its ability to heap up a large shrub or to climb in the trees. It also has taken its generous blooming and characteristic fragrance.
