Healthy for me other than anthracnose, which it tolerates well.

Survived the winter of 2013, just fine, a zone 4b winter.

My Basye's Blueberry is not thornless, or even close. It has an average number of thorns for a rose.

Well... now we have one comment claiming it's thornless and another finding the opposite. Can more of you weigh in on your experience with this rose please.

It's always been smooth here. I suspect Rosaholic may not have the correct cultivar? Photo posted doesn't look correct to me.
Photo reminds me of, 'Frances Ashton'.

Well, that may be. I got mine from Burling in 2009. Anyone else have a plant from a different source with thorns? The rose I have with the label "Frances Ashton" is thornless -- are my labels mixed up, do you think? See, my pics under that rose.

"are my labels mixed up, do you think?"
I do.

OK -- it's confirmed. Burling says her Basye's Blueberry is thornless too, so my labels DID get switched. I'll take down my photos on these two tomorrow from HMF and get them reposted on the right roses.

Understandable. For better or worse, I keep everything in my head.
