Bred by George Dawson (1904-1991) (Australia, 1978).
Introduced in Australia by Rainbow Roses in 1978 as 'Janal'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Strong fragrance.  50 to 60 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Very double, borne mostly solitary, exhibition, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4'1" to 5¼' (125 to 160cm).  Width: 39" to 4¼' (100 to 130cm).
Growing:
Can be used for exhibition or garden.
