Bred by Jan De Vink (Netherlands, 1946).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1946 as 'Sweet Fairy'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in before 1958 as 'Sweet Fairy'.
Introduced in United States by Greenheart Farms in 2010 as 'Blushing Mate'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Moderate fragrance.  50 to 65 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Small, very full (41+ petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short.  Small, dark green foliage.  

Height: 6" to 8" (15 to 20cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
