'Lorise' rose Description

Red blend Hybrid Tea. Exhibition name: Lorise
Bloom:
White, carmine-red edges. [White, orange-red edges.] Strong, honeysuckle, sweet, sweet-pea fragrance. 25 petals. Average diameter 4". Medium, medium to large, double (17-25 petals), full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium buds.
Habit:
Medium, upright. Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.
Height: 4' (120cm). Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
Can be used for beds and borders, exhibition or garden. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
Breeder's notes:
Very rich sweet fragrance! Colour on petals edge can turn dark red depending on weather. If you collect fragrant roses, this is a must have variety.
