Red and white, light pink reverse, silver(y) reverse.  Mild fragrance.  25 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, very double, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped, cupped-to-flat, reflexed, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Medium, arching, bushy, compact, thornless (or almost), upright, well-branched.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  5 leaflets.  
Height of up to 2' (up to 60 cm).  Width of up to 20" (up to 50 cm).

The new variety of rose plant of the present invention originated from a controlled crossing in a breeding program of two distinct parents during the summer of 1999. The crossing was between an ‘un-named seedling’ and an ‘un-named seedling’.
