Bred by Charles Turner (United Kingdom, 1875).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1882 as 'Miss Hassard'.
Class:
Hybrid Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Moderate fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.
