Discovered by Peter Gibson (Australia, 1995).
Introduced in Australia by Sunrise Flowers International in 1995 as 'Kooiana Moonlight'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow.  Cream. May produce orange-red blooms..  Double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  
Habit:
Thornless (or almost).

Notes:
This rose is quoted as a hybrid tea in the references. However the parent is a floribunda.
