Origin:

Discovered by Henry Morse (1859-1938) (United Kingdom, 1920).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1922 as 'Westfield Star'.

Class:

Hybrid Tea.

Bloom:

Cream, amber shading. Moderate fragrance. Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Bushy, upright.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b and warmer. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
