Bloom:
Salmon-pink. Center darkens with age. Average diameter 2.75". Full (26-40 petals), button-eye bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles. Glossy, dark green foliage.

Similar, if not the same, as the 1901 rambler Edmond Proust.
