Discovered by Vincenzo Asseretto (Italy, before 1953).
Introduced in Italy by Cav. Vincenzo Asseretto in 1953 as 'Rosa Mamie'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Red, fuchsia / magenta shading.  Moderate, tea rose fragrance.  20 to 35 petals.  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, globular, scalloped, urn-shaped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.
