Found Rose, Species / Wild.  
Bloom:
White.  Petals wedge shaped. Pedicel glandular, stipules glandular. Hips oval..  Single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles.  9 leaflets.  
Growing:
Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

This rose came named as R. gentiliana, as a cutting in 2001 from Noelene Drage in her Hades bed.
There are two plants of this rose in my garden.
Leaflets are long and linear.
