Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1989).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Union e.G. in 2000 as 'Philatelie'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, streaks, stripes, flecks. [Red and white, stripes.]  Striped and spotted orange red and yellow. Cream-red.  None / no fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact, upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: 28" to 6' (70 to 185cm).  
Breeder's notes:
Philatelie - Maccastlet. Nicknamed Castletown.
