I have this rose in my yard and it definitely is not a polyantha. As part of Delbard's Painter Series, my guess is that it is a floribunda if not an HT. If you search under the breeder's name, you'll find some foreign websites that list it as a floribunda. There is an Italian site that mentions polyantha, but it's obviously incorrect.
