Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1904 as 'Rosa gigantea f. erubescens Focke Synonym'.
Class:
Species / Wild.  
Bloom:
Pink to light pink.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Climbing.

Notes:
Descriptions vary from single to very double and from 3-6 cm blooms to 10 cm to 12 inches, height of shrub from 2m to 10-18m. Clarification is needed.
