Bloom:
Coral.  None to mild, fruity, licorice fragrance.  40 to 45 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 47" to 4'11" (120 to 150cm).  Width: 4" to 47" (10 to 120cm).

The new plant has the varietal denomination `JACelspe`. This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as `JACshaq` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 11,482) and as the pollen parent `JACpribe` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 18,553).
...The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Tipp City, Ohio in the month of July.
