Introduced in United States by Chamblee's Rose Nursery in 2016 as 'Gaye Hammond'.

Bloom:
Yellow blend, ages to cream .  Mild, fruity, spice fragrance.  18 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy.  Medium, light green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  Width: up to 5' (up to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4a and warmer.  Hardy.  vigorous.  
Breeder's notes:
Gaye Hammond is very active in the rose world. She gives rose programs and helps at the Arbor Gate garden center in Houston, Texas.

The present invention relates to a new and distinct variety of rose plant of the shrub commercial class designated `Gaye Hammond` which was originated by David Zlesak by crossing `Rise 'N Shine` (disclosed in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 4,231) and `BAIine` (disclosed in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,659).
