Origin:
Bred by Marie-Louise (Louisette) Meilland (Paolino) (1920-1987) (France, before 1973).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1975 as 'Patriot'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink to cream, deep pink edges.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Large, long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
Flowers drop off cleanly.
