Light yellow.  Mild fragrance.  16 to 19 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Arching, bushy, compact.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 6¼' to 7'2" (190 to 220cm).  Width: up to 33" (up to 85cm).

USDA zone 3b and warmer.

The variety 'VLR003' originated from a cross conducted by the breeders Rumen Conev and Parminderjit Sandhu, employees of the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre, in Vineland, Ontario in 2011. The cross was made between the female parent variety 'Yellow Submarine' and male parent genotype 282.
