Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, 1976).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink blend, yellow reverse.  Mild, tea fragrance.  38 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat, open, ruffled bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Medium, dark green, dense foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  very vigorous.  heat tolerant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
