Introduced in United States by Solaris Farms in circa 2020 as 'Saharan Sun'.
Class:
Hybrid Lutea, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Yellow, maroon flares.  Some gold stamens visible, ruffled and notched petals.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  Semi-double to double bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:

Height: up to 42" (up to 105cm).  Width: up to 4½' (up to 135cm).
