Origin:
Bred by Nate Bremer (United States, 2008).
Introduced in United States by Solaris Farms in circa 2019 as 'Vela'.
Class:
Hybrid Lutea, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Lilac-pink, cream undertones, maroon flares.  Prominent gold stamens.  Average diameter 6".  Medium to large, semi-double, ruffled bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Registered 2019. Vela is Latin for sails; suggested by the billowy blooms.
