Introduced in Netherlands by Peony Shop Holland in circa 2022 as 'Poena Cullei'.

Hybrid / Species crosses.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, ages to seashell-pink .  Frilled and ruffled petals.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 6".  Medium to large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: up to 28" (up to 70cm).
