Rosa gigantea 'Cooperii'  rose photo courtesy of member Margaret Furness

Ruston's, Renmark, South Australia. zone 9b. Early spring. The three flowers on the left are Laevigata with new leaves; the three on the right are Cooperii (something has been eating the stamens). This form of Cooperii starts flowering two weeks later than Laevigata, has smaller flowers, and the petals overlap less (observations by David Ruston).
