This is a Red Yucca, very rare. I bought this at a nursery before I moved here. The nursery person said they were rare. This was '95 or '96. It bloomed for the first time after transplanting it when I moved here- 2000, and it has not bloomed again until now. It is so extremely different from the regular Yucca. The body of this plant has not grown but very little , if at all. It has not reproduced any at all. In this photo you can't see the plant to well.
