Bought this as Paul's Scarlet Climber at least four years ago, but have my doubts. After all this time it's barely a foot high (these three flowers are all there is). How is this a climber? And I'm not really sure it looks like Paul's Scarlet. Our garden in Hamburg, Germany (Z8a), 2016-06-12.
