My plant of 'Alliance Franco-Russe' came as an own-root plant from Rose Petals Nursery in Spring 2015. It was planted in a 15" pot, allowing me to bring it into my enclosed back porch for Winter. Here it is in May 2017, just beginning to bloom. It spreads rather wide against the deck railing.
