The tree in the background is a forty foot tall macadamia nut tree that is approximately 50 years old. The provenance of this particular plant: This is the specimen that Robert Neil Rippetoe gave to Roses Unlimited, when it got too big for him and he decided to discontinue growing it. It has found a home!
