Victorian Memory, also known as Isabella Skinner, came from High Country Roses in 2001 - and I believe it is still available from them. I do not grow it anymore as it developed a serious case of blackspot when in 2008 I made the decision to totally stop spraying fungicides on any of my roses. VM was virtually thorn-less and very hardy; unfortunately not very disease resistant on its own. (Your experience may not be the same as mine depending on your local conditions.) Anyway, I removed it in 2010 in favor of a pair of Lillian Gibsons on either side of that arch.

Thank you so much for taking time to reply to my question. I do have a blackspot problem in my garden, and also no longer spray, so perhaps in spite of its good qualities, Isabella Skinner might not be the best rose for me.

Regards!
Sally
