love your house and garden!!! I see you grow Belle Sans Flatterie. I have been looking for an outlet for this rose in the US. Can you advise me where you purchased yours?

That rose was a gift from a friend but he got it from Pickering (in Canada) several years ago. It's grafted so I don't get any runners on it.
