We grow about 75 roses incorporated into regular landscaping on a fairly small lot. Many of our roses are Meillands and Kordes' but we have been adding teas and chinas in the last year. Climate conditions include mild winters and very hot dry summers. To the best of our abilities we continue to extract boulders and modify our very rocky soil with compost.
Volunteer Rose Activities: My husband and I maintain the Veteran's Hall Memorial Rose Garden (20 modern roses) for the Butte Rose Society.
