I would like to request that you update your plant availability list if you want to be relevant on this venue at all. I find it frustrating when nurseries continue to list plants that they don't offer.

I agree with Dianne----relevancy is very important to Rose Nurseries. Take it off of HMF if you no longer have this rose.

Ordered many roses twice from this nursery as own-root band-sizes in 2013 and 2014. Very happy with the health & correct label & prompt shipping of their roses during their special summer sales.

I've ordered ten roses from Heirloom these last two years, and all my roses are doing fantastically! They arrived in excellent health and any stress they had from shipping was quickly outgrown. I have clay soil and planted them directly into unamended ground and they're doing really well. One was eaten by a rabbit the night I planted it and it has come back with vigor and even has a bud on it! Perhaps the most important part is that every time I've called or e-mailed with a question or concern they've responded quickly and thoroughly and have always been very friendly.

I agree. I've ordered two roses from Heirloom Roses (Crepuscule and Apothecary's) and they bloomed in their first season and are doing fabulously. These roses are very healthy and very beautiful.

Heirlooms is under new ownership. I went to visit them in February, like I have done every year for over a decade, and my friend and I were rudely ushered and pressured by the new owners. The sales cottage was 1/3rd of the roses it used to be, and the remainder of it was sectioned off for mother plants. We were told we could find roses through the computer system... that was down. These folks really do not understand the concept of a sales cottage and what it means to the customer.

I was not impressed. I am used to a warm, friendly staff there, and I was embarrassed that they were so rude when I had brought a friend for what I thought was a nice country drive, a look, and a quick shop.

My impression of the new Heirlooms: Cold.
