On her web page, Karen showcases some of her costuming efforts (what she does when she's not gardening) as well as some of the flowers she currently has in her garden. Karen lives just south of Chicago in Zone 5B. She is currently specializing in antique roses, but also has a few hybrid teas that have caught her fancy for various reasons. She is a fan of Austin Olde English roses as well. Her garden style could best be described as cottage eclectic with an emphasis on plants with a history. She currently has about 30 roses with a dozen more on order.
