I have 2 of these roses-although prone to mildew, it is easily controlled. No blackspot as yet on either. Pests also do not seem to bother it. Both of mine have bloomed twice already this year-several blooms per plant-pretty good considering this is the first summer for both in my garden. Blooms are long lasting, with a light fragrance. Though it is what I call a 'messy unfurler', I enjoy the end result and am pleased to have them in my garden.--A 2007 update--Snowfire did prove to be BS/mildew prone in my garden but did respond well to organic spraying. Regretfully, both of my bushes were removed during this year's culling of the roses. She will be missed!
