This is another new rose from Chris Warner. ‘Bright Spark’ (syn. CHEwdayglow). We class it as a mini-flora, though its double, well-formed blooms in a deep red with a yellow reverse, are more reminiscent of a true miniature rose. It is quite tall with larger foliage than a miniature rose in dark, glossy green. 1m

Splash! (syn. CHEwpatrain)  An interesting, somewhat ‘jazzy’ miniature rose from our Chris Warner collection, with small, semi-double, open blooms which are striped and splashed in vermilion and cream. The foliage is small, mid-green and quite glossy, with reasonable health. It’s probably best grown in a container.  0.5m x 0.6m

'Colorado' (BENcolorado). One of the last roses to reach Australia from the late, great miniature rose breeder, Frank Benardella. This exquisite mini-flora produces warm white blooms of exhibition quality, singly and in small clusters, on good length stems, surrounded by clean, healthy, dark green, glossy foliage. This culmination of a great rose breeder’s work is a must have for the miniature rose exhibitor/connoisseur and rose historian alike. For the front of the border or pot culture 0.8m x 0.5m

‘Countess of Wessex’, (pbr applied for) is from the house of Peter Beales Classic Roses. Named for the wife of Prince Edward, this tall, vigorous and healthy cluster-flowered modern shrub has large, informal, off white fragrant blooms that open from creamy yellow buds. In clusters of up to five blooms on long stems, this rose, with mid to dark green glossy foliage, is a must for the cottage garden. 1.8m x 1.2m

‘Crinoline Lady’ is an Australian-raised seedling of the English rose, ‘Abraham Darby’. It is a very tall shrub or pillar rose, bearing clusters of large, sumptuous, deep pink blooms displaying many ruffled petals giving a frilly petticoat effect, especially noticeable in the second half of the flowering season. There is a moderate fragrance of tea and citrus. Growth is vigorous and arching. 2m x 2m.

“Dettman’s Polyantha”. (study name). Small, semi-double. Purply pink, white eye. 1m. Could this be the previously lost 1931 polyantha ‘Dainty Dawn’ from George Knight?
