In the 1938 Australian Rose Annial page 123, he mentions unnamed seedlings:
I am flowering six or seven seedlings this year and several look quite promising, particularly a dark pink, from Ophelia by Countess of Stradbroke, and a light yellow, from Golden Dawn (pollen parent lost), which is very like its seed parent.
