, 1845, p. 161ff:] Court case of Charles-Denis Souchet against Anatole Margat resulted on December 17, 1845, forbidding the latter to use the name "Anatole Margat jeune"for his nursery: Anatole Margat had taken over on November 24 the establishment "Margat Ainé" from his uncle, and renamed it "Anatole Margat jeune". However Souchet had bought from Margat jeune a nursery known since a long time as "Établissement horticole de Margat Jeune", and claimed that the name change would cause a confusion with clients.
