Duchess (Herzogin) Elsa Marie Mathilde von Württemberg (March 1, 1876 Stuttgart/Germany - May 27, 1936 Pfaffstätt b. Munderfing/Austria), daughter of Duke Wilhelm August Eugen Georg von Württemberg and Grand Duchess Vera Constantinovna of Russia. She married Prinz Christian Albrecht Gaetano Karl Wilhelm zu Schaumburg-Lippe (b. October 24, 1869 Ratiboritz/Bohemia (Czech Republic) - December 25, 1942 Linz/Austria) and became Princess (Prinzessin) Elsa von Schaumburg-Lippe.
Her 4 children were born in Wels in Austria. Two of these had roses named after them: Prinz Max zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Prinzessin Bathildis zu Schaumburg-Lippe (see).
