Blooms are at least 4 inches across and very deep, at least 2.75 inches. The apricot coloring shown here disappeared almost instantly after the blooms were in water inside the house, shifting to very light pink. Blooms have opened very consistently this spring for the firs time. The bloom on the lower right had 100 petals and petaloids. 27 April 2009 near Santa Rosa, California.
