This rose is wonderful, but blackspot prone in my conditions (zone 6a, Central Europe). Does anyone know any healthier variety with similar appearance? Thanks.

A really stunning photo, although in our conditions it is a rather dusky pink coloured variety. Otherwise I would surely grow it!

It is said to be the best rootstock for our conditions (the Czech Republic, Central Europe), but it was quite blackspot prone in my no-spray conditions. It is known as Rosa canina 'Pollmeriana' or 'Pávův červený šípek' ('Mr. Páv's Red Dog-Rose' in translation).
