Rose Petals Nursery is not showing as a Premium Member. Our sponsorship looks like it expires in 2016. Please let us know what we can do to rectify this as we enjoy our sponsorship status and think its a huge opportunity to support HMF. Thanks, Cydney Wade

Premium membership is not the same as sponsorship. Premium membership is for additional member access features while sponsorship applies to listings like your nursery listing. Sponsorship adds many additional promotional and search features to your listing.
Your previous sponsorship (thank you!) expired on September fifteenth. Please feel free to contact our sales department for additional detail or explanation and thank you again for your support in the past.

Robert,
You were not set up as the "owner" of this rose listing and that would prevent you from making changes. That issue has been corrected.

We have been asked to update our listing on HMF.....in the instructions through the email its lists that there is an easy form listing all roses and we can check off the roses since we do have a vast inventory. The problem is once going to the Plant for Sale tab under our Rose Petals Nursery acct. I cannot find that easy form. Can you help? Thank you!

You begin by compiling a list ( a text, or CSV, file) with each rose name on a separate line. Presumably your internal inventory software can automatically generate this list.
Next you upload this list and process this list: see the UPLOAD... option on your nursery's plant list page.
The HMF software will look up each name on your list and match it to the appropriate HMF listing. Where a rose name matches more than one HMF listing (not uncommon), the various HMF matches will be displayed and you have the option to select the correct one. The rose's characteristics are displayed to simplify selection assuming you're readily familiar with characteristics of the rose you're offering. The process is quick and easy.
