Looks like Harison's Yellow.

Harrison's yellow at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens fades out to a lighter yellow by this stage the Persiana retained it's deeper yellow color till the end, In any even the persiana is now lost there removed 2 years ago do to disease

the height listings for this plant need to be reviewed in zone 7 it can reach 7 ft tall no problem

Yes, Inspiration does have a good second flush of flowers.
