Hybrid Rugosa.  Crimson and purple.  Strong, clove fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, flat bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  USDA zone 4a through 7b.  Height of 6' to 12' (185 to 365 cm).  Width of 5' to 8' (150 to 245 cm). Hybrid Tea.  Sub-Zero Series.  Deep pink, ruby-red .  None to mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped, globular, high-centered bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Height of 3' to 5' (90 to 150 cm).  Width of 2' to 4' (60 to 120 cm). Brownell Family (1964).
